What is the problem you're trying to solve?[edit]
nonsense, not useful , half information or irresponsible posts and stalking of unknown to users.
What is your solution?[edit]
Sometime contents posted by user create havoc, avoid such unwanted circumstance there should be some proper scrutiny mechanism which prevent any bad consequences. User should be banned after failure of warning mechanism if he continue to post objectionable data. Such situation leads to stalk or harassment for user to, user should be protected in such cases.
