Activités mises en œuvre Phase de lancement: Création d'une catégorie de WLE sur Wiki Commons : Images from Wiki Loves Earth 2024 in the Republic of the Congo Diffusion d'un communiqué de presse dans les médias locaux et nationaux Organisation d'une conférence de presse pour présenter le concours Création d'une campagne de sensibilisation sur les réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Whatsapp) avec le hashtag #WLE2024Congo Phase de participation: Organisation d'ateliers de photographie en ligne et en présentiel pour initier les participants aux techniques de prise de vue en nature Mise en place d'un système de suivi des participants et de leurs contributions Organisation de sorties photographiques dans les zones naturelles protégées Phase de clôture: Sélection des meilleures photos par 2 jurys composés de photographes professionnels et de membres de la communauté Wikimedia République du Congo Organisation d'une cérémonie de remise des prix Publication d'un album photo en ligne rassemblant les meilleures photos du concours Résultats obtenus Participation: Le concours a suscité un grand intérêt auprès de la population, avec 202 de participants ayant soumis 549 de photos. Enrichissement de Wikimedia Commons: Un nombre important de nouvelles images de haute qualité ont été ajoutées à la médiathèque, illustrant la diversité des paysages et des espèces de la République du Congo. Sensibilisation: Le concours a permis de sensibiliser un large public à l'importance de la préservation de la nature et au rôle des projets Wikimedia dans la diffusion de la connaissance. Renforcement de la communauté: Le concours a contribué à renforcer la communauté Wikimedia République du Congo et à créer de nouveaux liens entre les participants.

You can recall these learning questions below: A la fin de l'activité les participants ont compris ce que c'est Wikipédia et Commons, ils ont plus de conscience sur la pertinence des informations qu'ils contiennent au delà de tous les préjugées qui circulent à leur sujet, la communauté wikimedienne de la RCongo s'agrandit et prend plus d'impact au près des autres communautés grâce aux témoignages de participants et de membres du jury
Dans ma candidature, j'ai souligné l'importance de comprendre comment motiver les participants, optimiser la formation et assurer la pérennité du projet. Au cours de la mise en œuvre de Wiki Loves Earth en République du Congo, j'ai pu apporter les réponses suivantes ses éléments :
La motivation des participants, nous avons mis en place un système de reconnaissance en mettant en avant les meilleures photos et en organisant une cérémonie de remise des prix. De plus, nous avons créé une communauté en ligne dynamique où les participants peuvent échanger et se soutenir mutuellement. Ces initiatives ont permis de renforcer le sentiment d'appartenance et de susciter un engagement durable et l'arganisation de différentes formation

Absolument ! Il est tout à fait normal que des situations inattendues se produisent lors de la mise en œuvre d'un projet d'envergure comme Wiki Loves Earth. Ces événements, qu'ils soient positifs ou négatifs, représentent de précieuses opportunités d'apprentissage. Une mobilisation inattendue de contributeurs, Des découvertes inattendues lors des sorties photos. Des difficultés : Une faible participation dans certaines régions.
