Part 1 Understanding your work[edit]
1. Briefly describe how your proposed activities and strategies were implemented
First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in completing this project.
Reason 1 - I did not want to work alone in this project, because I wanted to involve some member and work together. So that I can prepare some members. In such a situation, I found a member OmANDLove ji. Although he is an old member, but he did not have the practice of writing articles, so I kept guiding him again and again and actively taught him how to write articles.
Reason 2 - I had taken a laptop grant, but I had a lot of problems in operating the MacBook which I got under the hardware donation program and the software was not installing. When it was done, O.S. It crashed and a lot of things got deleted.
Reason 3 - The grant taken for the laptop fell short. Because the laptop I had purchased was priced at a low price at the time of offer, but later its price was increased. So I had to work on my office systems and I could only do that if I worked overtime or went on vacation. So a little more time passed.
Reason 4 - The scanner is a bit big, so it could not be easily taken from office to home or from home to office, so scanning was done only when the conditions were favorable.
Reason 5 - I have found the manuscripts, but there is still a lot to be discovered. I was reducing the scans in the hope that I would get more. But now all the books found have been scanned.

Manuscript - Om ji and I have found 4 manuscripts while searching and we feel that this is just the beginning, we may find more manuscripts. Because it is only after the launch of this project that we have started contacting everyone. After this, more manuscripts are expected to come from some scholars. But we realized that Sanskrit people know very little about Wikipedia, so we faced more problems in explaining and contacting people.
20 Articles - Although I have 9 years of practice in writing articles, till now I have written 400+ articles on Sanskrit Wikipedia. Therefore, I could write only 20 articles in this time. But I taught Om ji and activated him again in Sanskrit Wikipedia. However, he did not have the facility of laptop or any computer, so I gave him the MacBook of Hardware Grant, because it works well for simple work.

6. In your application, you outlined your learning priorities. What did you learn about these areas during this period?
More effort and continous efforts are needed. If we stop here all fund may go wast as actual work may come after this effort.
7. Did anything unexpected or surprising happen when implementing your activities?This can include both positive and negative situations. What did you learn from those experiences?
Ranchi visit and couldn't manage to buy laptop.
Ranchi uni. is ready to add wikipedia in syllabus and they will give rare book for scanning. Moreover they will help to conduct workshops on scanning work and articals.
Without laptop, I had to do whole project dependently. My friend's workplace's and other helps were taken to finish it and it lead to delay. If we repeate this grant, I first buy laptop and 2 TB SD card.
8. How do you hope to use this learning? For instance, do you have any new priorities, ideas for activities, or goals for the future?
Future plan -
1) I want to organize a Sanskrit Wikipedia workshop with the residual amount, so that I can activate other members in Sanskrit Wikipedia. 2) I want to take this manuscript scanning scheme forward. Because during this trip itself we came to know that there are many manuscripts, which no one has even seen yet. Through this project we can connect it with the Muktgyan Abhiyan. Along with this, efforts will also be made that some institutions which keep the manuscripts without scanning them, should also be linked to this scheme. 3) Unfortunately and due to circumstances, I was not able to get a laptop this time, hence the project got delayed, hence I want that I should be given a grant of the amount to get a laptop for further work, so that I can carry on with this project. I can take it.

Not everyone may be happy with this output. But you should keep in mind that while working, you somehow find time to travel with less money and contact scholars, and on top of that, other things have to be done before talking about the main topic. Then they know and they never know and so on. Some people help, they also want help in advance, hence finding time for that too, even after many struggles, I am now able to see that, when this project is carried out in the future, more books will be available and because of the experience. The output may be correct.

Contacted scholars and organizations at the following places.
Also visited various areas of Gandhinagar, Mahesana, Ambaji, Prantij, Palanpur, Deesa, Tharad, Patan, Kadi, Viramgam, Sidhpur, Dwarka, Okha, Mahuva, Surat, Vapi, Saputara and Ahmedabad.
Mostly the journey was only for one day, because it was necessary to reach back to the job. But at places like Dwarka and Ambaji, we had to stay in hotels also.

क्षमा सर्व प्रथम में क्षमा चाहता हूं कि इस प्रोजेक्ट को पूर्ण करने में विलम्ब हो गया।
कारण 1 - मुझे इस प्रोजेक्ट में अकेले काम करना नहीं था, क्योंकि मैं चाहता था कि मैं किसी न किसी सदस्य को जोडुं और मिलकर काम करुं। ताकि कुछ सदस्यों को तो तैयार कर सकुं। ऐसे में मुझे एक सदस्य मिले OmANDLove जी। वैसे वो पुराने सदस्य हैं, परन्तु उनको लेख लिखने का अभ्यास नहीं था, तो बार बार उनका मार्गदर्शन करके उनको सक्रिय रूप से लेख लिखना सिखाता रहा।
कारण 2 - मैंने लेपटोप की ग्रान्ट ली थी, परन्तु हार्डवेर् डोनेश प्रोग्राम के अन्तर्गत जो मेकबुक मुझे मिली थी उसको चालने में मुझे बहुत समस्या हुई और सोफ्टवेर इन्स्टोल नहीं हो रहा था। जब हो गया था, तो ओ.एस. क्रेश कर गई और बहुत कुछ डिलिट हो गया।
कारण 3 - लेपटोप के लिये जो ग्रान्ट ली थी, वह पैसे कम पड गये। क्योंकि जो लेपटोप सोचा था, वो ओफर के समय कम दाम बता रहा था, बाद में उसके दाम बढ गये थे। अतः मुझे अपनी ओफिस के सिस्टम पर काम करना पडा और वो मैं केवल तब ही कर सकता था, जब मैं ओवर टाइम करुं या छुट्टि के दिन जाउँ। अतः समय कुछ अधिक ही हो गया।
कारण 4 - स्केनर थोडा बडा है, तो आसानी से ओफिस से घर या घर से ओफिस नहीं ले जा सकता था, तो अनुकूल स्थिति जब होती थी तब ही स्केन कर पता था।
कारण 5 - मुझे मेन्युस्क्रिप्ट्स् मिलि तो हैं, परन्तु अभी बहुत खोजनी बाकी है। तो अधिक मिल जाएगी ऐसी आशा में स्केन कम कर रहा था। परन्तु अब जितनी पुस्तक मिलि उनका स्केनिंग कर दिया है।
विवरण मेन्युस्क्रिप्ट - मुझे और ओम जी को खोज ते खोजते 4 मेन्युस्क्रिप्ट्स् मिलि हैं और हमें लगता है कि अभी ये तो आरम्भ था, हमें और भी मेन्युस्क्रिप्ट मिल सकती हैं। क्योंकि इस प्रकल्प के चालु होने के पश्चात् ही हमने सब से अधिक सम्पर्क करना आरम्भ किया है। इसके बाद कुछ विद्वानों से और अधिक मेन्युस्क्रिप्ट आने का अनुमान है। परन्तु हमने ये अनुभव किया कि विकिपीडिया के विषय में संस्कृत के लोग बहुत कम जानते हैं, तो हमें लोगों को समझाने में और सम्पर्क करने में अधिक समस्या हुई।
22+1 आर्टिकल - वैसे तो आर्टिकल लिखने में मेरा 9 वर्ष का अभ्यास है, अब तक मैं संस्कृत विकिपीडिया पर 400+ आर्टिकल लिख चुका हूं। अतः इतने समय में 20 आर्टिकल लिख ही सकता था। परन्तु मैंने ओम जी को सिखाया और उनको फिर से संस्कृत विकिपीडिया में सक्रिय किया। वैसे उनके पास लेपटोप या कुछ कोम्प्युटर की सुविधा नहीं थी, अतः मैंने हार्डवेर ग्रान्ट का मेकबुक उनको दे दिया, क्योंकि वो बेझिक काम के लिये तो सही से काम करता है।

ग्रान्ट का पैसा - मुझे 1 लाख का लेपटोप लेना था और 60000 का स्केनर मैंने लिया है। उस 1 लाख में से 12 हजार राँची की यात्रा में गये हैं, क्योंकि वहाँ के एक विश्वविद्यालय ने हमें विश्वास दिलाया है कि वे लोग हमें निम्न कामों के लिये सहायता करेंगे।
1) मेन्युस्क्रिप्ट स्केन प्रोग्राम के लिये मेन्युस्क्रिप्ट देंगे। 2) संस्कृत विकिपीडिया की वर्कशोप्स् के माध्यम से सदस्य बढाने में सहायता करेंगे। 3) उनके यहाँ जो अभ्यासक्रम में विकिपीडिया में सम्पादन करना सिखाने के लिये वे एकेडमिक् कान्सिल में अभ्यासक्रम पास करवाएँगे। 4) सेमिनार इत्यादि के माध्यम से संस्कृत कोम्युनिटि का सहयोग करेंगे।
यात्रा में अन्य खर्च हुए - 18365
सभी यात्रा लोकल परिचत व्यक्ति की कार को भाडे पर लेकर ही की है। अतः उनको एक दिन का 800 भाडा और पेट्रोल का जो खर्चा हुआ वो हुआ।

1) मैं चाहता हूँ कि अवशिष्ट राशि से मैं एक संस्कृत विकिपीडिया की कार्यशाला का आयोजन करुं, जिससे मैं संसंकृत विकिपीडिया में अन्य सदस्यों को सक्रिय कर सकूं। 2) मैं इस मेन्युस्क्रिप्ट स्केनिंग योजना को आगे लेकर जाना चाहता हूँ। क्योंकि इस यात्रा के समय ही हमें पता चला है कि बहुत सी मेन्युस्क्रिप्ट्स हैं, जिनको अभी किसी ने देखा तक नहीं है। इस प्रकल्प के माध्यम से हम उसे मुक्तज्ञान अभियान से जोड सकते हैं। इसके साथ साथ यह प्रयास भी रहेगा कि कुछ संस्थाएं जो बिना किसी स्केन किये मेन्युस्क्रिप्ट् को रखती है, उनको भी इस योजना से जोडा जाए। 3) दुर्भाग्यवश और परिस्थितियों के कारण में इस बार लेपटोप नहीं ले पाया, अतः प्रकल्प में विलम्ब भी हुआ, अतः मैं चाहता हूँ कि मुझे आगे के कार्य के लिये एक लेपटोप लेने जितनी राशि का अनुदान दिया जाए, जिससे की मैं इस प्रोजेक्ट को आगे ले जा सकूं।
सारांश
हो सकता है कि सब इस आउटपुट से खुश न हो। परन्तु आपको ये ध्यान में रखना चाहिये कि नोकरी करते करते जैसे तैसे समय निकाल कर कम पैसों में यात्रा करना और विद्वानों से सम्पर्क करना ऊपर से मुख्य विषय पर बात करने से पहले दूसरी दूसरी बातें करनी पडती है। फिर उनको पता होता है और कभी नहीं पता होता है इत्यादि बहुत कुछ। कुछ लोग सहायता करते हैं, तो सामने सहायता भी चाहते हैं, तो उसके लिये भी समय नीकालना इत्यादि अनेकानेक संघर्ष के बाद भी मैं अब देख पा रहा हूँ कि आगे जब ये प्रकल्प को किया जाएगा, तो पुस्तक अधिक मिलेंगी और अनुभव के कारण आउटपुट सही हो सकता है।
मुख्य परिणाम 1) 22+1 आर्टिक्स् बनाए (A4 size = 300+) ([6])
2) 4 मेन्युस्क्रिप्ट्स् अपलोड की (Link - [7], [8], [9], [10]
3) 2 पुराने सदस्यों को तैयार किया (User:OmANDLove and User:आर्यावर्त)
4) 3 नये सदस्यों को आरम्भिक ज्ञान दिया और अगली बार वो सक्रिय रहेंगे, जब मैं एक वर्कशोप में उनको सम्पादन सिखा दुंगा।
5) आने वाले समय में अधिक मेन्युस्क्रिप्ट मिल इसके लिये एक मार्ग बना दिया है। आशा है कि जब ये प्रोजेक्ट रिन्यू होगा, तो अधिक मेन्युस्क्रिप्ट आएंगी और आर्टिकल्स् भी।

We should not do unwanted transactions. Sanskrit community wants workshops and after achieving 1st stage of a big project, we should tell Sanskrit people and we should invite them for future help.
