Part 1 Understanding your work

[edit]

1. Briefly describe how your proposed activities and strategies were implemented

As we mentioned in our application, after our first activity, we have seen a certain enthusiasm from the participants to continue to highlight women. Thus, this activity entitled {They make the world} is proposed as a continuation of the previous one called {Quotes and women}. To achieve this, we have gathered a group of women to create articles about women who in one way or another act for the welfare of humanity. Whether these women are from the present or the past, young or old, we have shown them to the world through their work.

2. Were there any strategies or approaches that you felt were effective in achieving your goals? Please describe these strategies and approaches.

Doing women by women" is the best approach and strategy. Because we are not just highlighting women to reduce gender bias but we are also writing for ourselves and for the next generation. And when the project touches you, you put all your energy into it and that's what we did.

3. Please use this space to upload media and other files that help tell your story and impact.

4. To what extent do you agree with the following statements regarding the work carried out with the support of this Fund? You can choose “not applicable” if your work does not relate to these goals.

Our efforts during the Fund period have helped to...
A. Bring in participants from underrepresented groups Strongly agree
B. Create a more inclusive and connected culture in our community Strongly agree
C. Develop content about underrepresented topics/groups Strongly agree
D. Develop content from underrepresented perspectives Strongly agree
E. Encourage the retention of editors Strongly agree
F. Encourage the retention of organizers Strongly agree

5. Is there anything else you would like to share about how your efforts helped to bring in participants and/or build out content, particularly for underrepresented groups?

The subject, and our communication around it, is something that has attracted a lot of people and we think we will continue in this direction by improving:

Part 2: Your main learning

[edit]

6. In your application, you outlined your learning priorities. What did you learn about these areas during this period?

Once again we found that women are underrepresented in the Foundation's projects. These local works that we are carrying out are certainly a drop in the bucket but by continuing we are sure to achieve very good results.

7. Did anything unexpected or surprising happen when implementing your activities? This can include both positive and negative situations. What did you learn from those experiences?

We have noticed that there are fewer women-centered sources, but we have not only met all of our goals, but we have gone beyond them. We took the opportunity to highlight some of the men after achieving our initial goals

8. How do you hope to use this learning? For instance, do you have any new priorities, ideas for activities, or goals for the future?

As a project leader, I have set myself the goal of continuing to put the spotlight on silent minorities and their positive impact on our society. This will only be good for the foundation

9. Documentation of resources: Use this space to upload any documents that would be useful to share with others (e.g. communications material, training material, presentations).
