Pelatihan dilakukan di 5 kota di Indonesia yang terdiri dari Bandung, Medan, Padang, Denpasar dan Yogyakarta secara luring serta dilakukan secara daring menggunakan tiga bahasa, yaitu Bahasa Bali, Bahasa Minangkabau, Bahasa Jawa, Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Sunda . Kegiatan ini melibatkan seluruh perwakilan dari tiap komunitas tingkat regional sebagai asisten pemateri untuk pelatihan, sedangkan Komunitas Wikisource Indonesia bertindak sebagai pelatih utama yang diwakilkan oleh saya.

Informasi teknis yang kami terapkan adalah:

Sebelum acara : Pretest disebar satu hari sebelum acara untuk mengetahui pengetahuan para peserta sebelum materi di ajarkan pada hari acara. Para peserta juga dianjurkan untuk membuat akun untuk menghadapi kemungkinan terburuk masalah teknis yang akan memperlambat waktu acara. Tata cara pembuatan akun menggunakan materi yang digunakan oleh Wikimedia Indonesia dalam pelatihan Wikipedia.

Proses pelatihan: Pelatih memimpin pelatihan dengan memberikan materi terkait cara menyunting di dua proyek saudari, yaitu Wikisource dan Wikidata, Mereka memulai penyuntingan dengan menguji baca satu halaman di Wikisumber dan dilanjutkan dengan memasukkan leksem ke wikidata dari Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Daerah mereka. Saya juga mengenalkan penggunaan tools dalam solusi mempermudah memasukkan contoh kalimat ke dalam wikidata menggunakan data yang ada di Wikisumber.

Survei Evaluasi: 15 menit sebelum acara berakhir, tiap peserta diwajibkan untuk mengisi pranala evaluasi acara dan post test.

Dokumentasi: Semua peserta dan pemateri melakukan foto bersama sebagai bahan untuk postingan laporan yang dilakukan di media sosial milik Komunitas Wikisource Indonesia.

TErkait pelatihan luring, pelatihan berjalan lancar, namun ketika pelatihan dilakukan secara daring dikarenakan ketidakpahaman serta kurangnya pelatihan intensif, pelatih kebingungan ketika mengajarkan dengan bahasa daerah mereka. Mungkin perlu diadakan pelatihan lebih intensif untuk menyiapkan pelatih.

I put more Staff related expenses for five months cause it spend more time from expected time. if it's not okay. i am okay to return the money. Other than that, all expenses aligned with the pro$4.777,53
