Saya mengadakan pelatihan pada dua tempat yang berbeda di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Hukum (STIH) di kabupaten Manokwari dan Kota Sorong. Untuk melakukan penjangkauan saya menghubungi komunitas setempat, untuk STIH Manokwari saya bekerja sama dengan BEM STIH Manokwari sedangkan di Sorong kami bekerjasama dengan komunitas literasi bernama "Pinjam Pustaka".

Tempat pelatihan berpindah dari Kabupaten Fakfak ke Kota Sorong, dikarenakan di Kabupaten Fakfak hanya ada satu kampus dan teryata aksesnya tidak memungkinkan untuk mengadakan pelatihan. Karena saya mewajibkan peserta membawa laptop untuk berkontribusi secara berkelanjutan, sayangnya mayoritas mahasiswa di Fakfak tidak mempunyai laptop. Maka saya mengubahnya ke Kota Sorong.

Dalam melakukan pelatihan saya menyiapkan data yang dibutuhkan terlebih dahulu, untuk memastikan data yang mereka masukkan ke wikidata valid. Agar mereka lebih berminat mengikuti pelatihan saya menyiapkan data yang berhubungan dengan bidang mereka, pada pelatihan di STIH saya menggunakan data pengadilan dan pada pelatihan dengan komunitas literasi sorong saya menggunakan data buku.

You can recall these learning questions below: Setiap universitas di Papua Barat memiliki fokus masing-masing, saya ingin mempelajari bagaimana mereka dapat menggunakan proyek wikimedia dalam proses pembelajaran dan penelitiannya. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, dalam lokakarya nanti akan disesuaikan materinya sesuai dengan fokus masing-masing universitas. contohnya, jika kami berkesempatan melakukan lokakarya di sekolah tinggi ilmu hukum, maka kami akan menyiapkan dataset (wikidata) dan buku untuk di uji-baca (wikisource) yang ada kaitannya dengan hukum.

Setiap peserta yang mengikuti, hanya mengenal wikipedia dan mempergunakan wikipedia sebagai sumber pembelajaran. Sayangnya mereka tidak mengenal wikisource dan wikidata sebagai sumber pembelajaran terbuka. Materi berupa dataset yang sesuai dengan minat peserta sangat membantu dalam melakukan pelatihan. Hal ini dapat dilakukan juga dalam pelatihan kedepannya. Namun saya mengalami kesulitan dalam menyiapkan materi wikisource. karena wikisource memiliki banyak kode yang harus diaplikasikan saat Uji-baca.

Saat di Sorong jumlah peserta kami menurun drastis. Hal ini sangat mengecewakan, karena kami sudah mempersiapkan untuk 20 orang peserta, namun banyak peserta yang sudah mendaftar tidak datang. Yang menghadiri hanya ada 10 orang saja. Sehingga semua yang kami persiapkan (termasuk konsumsi) banyak yang terbuang

Saya sudah berbagi di Rapat bulanan Komunitas Manokwari. Saya berencana untuk membagikan pengalaman ini ke komunitas wikidata indonesia, agar dapat dijadikan pengalaman.
