Las actividades del proyecto Seraxañi incluyeron charlas abiertas sobre preservación cultural y tecnología digital en Villa Ángela y Las Tolderías, talleres de Cartografías Abiertas y Wikidata para crear mapas interactivos, y capacitaciones sobre Wikimedia Commons en Pastoril y San Bernardo. Además, se trabajó con Consejos de Ancianos para integrar conocimientos ancestrales en plataformas digitales. Los resultados fueron la capacitación exitosa de los participantes, mayor visibilidad de las culturas indígenas en plataformas digitales y la expansión del proyecto a nuevas localidades. Los enfoques más efectivos fueron la colaboración comunitaria, el uso de herramientas accesibles y recursos traducidos a lenguas indígenas.

Sí, los proyectos Wikimedia permiten visibilizar los conocimientos de los pueblos indígenas. Plataformas como Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons y Wikidata facilitan la documentación y difusión de su patrimonio cultural. Durante el proyecto Seraxañi, enfrentamos varios desafíos inesperados. Los usuarios generados a través de "Account Creator" no pudieron editar en WikiShootMe, y hubo errores al cargarlos en el Dashboard, lo que ralentizó el proceso. A pesar de incentivar la creación de usuarios semanas antes, ninguno lo logró a tiempo, lo que nos obligó a dedicar gran parte del taller a esta tarea de forma individual. También surgieron problemas de conectividad en una de las localidades, con señal de internet limitada, y en otra, un corte de luz interrumpió el taller. Además, el tema de las licencias libres sigue siendo complicado, ya que los participantes tienen diferentes comprensiones sobre la propiedad intelectual desde sus contextos culturales. Estas experiencias nos enseñaron la importancia de contar con mejores preparativos técnicos y adaptar los talleres a las condiciones locales para optimizar el tiempo disponible.

El plan para compartir los aprendizajes del proyecto Seraxañi incluye varias estrategias: publicaciones en blogs y redes sociales detallan las actividades y logros, destacando la colaboración con las comunidades Moqoit y el uso de Wikimedia Commons y Cartografías Abiertas. También se han creado materiales educativos en español y moqoit, disponibles en línea y en formato impreso, sobre cómo generar usuarios y subir imágenes. Además, los talleres presenciales han facilitado la transferencia de habilidades tecnológicas. Los usuarios generados a través de "Account Creator" no pudieron editar en WikiShootMe, y hubo errores al cargarlos en el Dashboard, lo que ralentizó el proceso. A pesar de incentivar la creación de usuarios semanas antes, ninguno lo logró a tiempo, tuvimos que dedicar gran parte del taller a esta tarea de forma individual. Muchas personas participaron pero no se registraron en el Formulario Google.
Como sugerencia de cambio sería realizar doble proceso de inscripción, virtual y presencial. Trabajar en grupo más pequeños y más focalizados.
