https://docs.google.com/document/d/1yo9QkOrNU38FJ75jRM7GIR9MQomd_8dvudy7Pl4usNM/edit?usp=sharing

7. Did anything unexpected or surprising happen when implementing your activities? This can include both positive and negative situations. What did you learn from those experiences?

Some of the challenges faced was not having guests available when needed, and we weren't able to produce as many audio tutorials as we had in previous episodes.

We believe that Wiki Update is a growing community, and the limitations we encountered were largely due to our numerous engagements and budget constraints. However, we are committed to increasing our engagement this year.

Additionally, it's not easy to schedule guests at the time we require, so we need to engage them well in advance

During the past period, we encountered difficulties primarily related to internet connectivity issues and software challenges with the tools employed in producing our open podcasts. In reflection, these issues hindered the efficiency of our operations. Looking ahead to the upcoming year (2024), we are proactively addressing these challenges. Our focus is on improving internet reliability and acquiring more robust tools to enhance the production quality of our open podcasts, thereby ensuring a smoother and more impactful growth trajectory.

8. How do you hope to use this learning? For instance, do you have any new priorities, ideas for activities, or goals for the future?

In 2024, we'll launch a YouTube channel for interactive sessions, starting with Wiki Updates. We're expanding to Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and TikTok for wider social media reach. Collaborating with open tech communities, we aim to explore web 3's impact on Wikimedia. Based on Spotify feedback, we'll enhance training sessions, focusing on content creation tools. While operating within budget constraints, we seek collaborations for podcast services. We'll implement Spotify's growth strategies to engage a broader audience.

9. Documentation of resources: Use this space to upload any documents that would be useful to share with others (e.g. communications material, training material, presentations).
