We encountered several unforeseen events during the project planning phase. Some participants faced difficulties creating their Wikipedia accounts due to blocked IP addresses. Additionally, the fuel and cash scarcity in Nigeria a few months ago increased resource costs, but we managed resources effectively and secured discounts. Notably, we were pleased to have a higher number of female participants compared to males.

The insights and outcomes of the project are disseminated to the Wikimedia Nigeria user group through the distribution of links to the project dashboard. Additionally, the top editors are publicly acknowledged through announcements, highlighting their contributions and achievements during the project. This communication serves to share valuable learnings and celebrate the success of the participants with the wider Wikimedia community in Nigeria.
