An introductory letter has already been sent to Association government seeking their permission to let the activity take place for their members which is highly beneficial to the Association and its members in participation. Everything needs to know about Wikipedia and its activities have been written dwon on the letter and this letter has been received with great enthusiasm. Several meetings have been organized to discuss the modalities of the proposed activities and later got an approval for acceptance of the project to be done for their members. The activity was conducted on the 4th and 5th days of March 2023 at Gusau Institute Technology Kaduna with Universal Writers and Authors members full the hall and other existing Hausa Wikimedians. A lot have been discussed about Wikipedia and its sister projects. These members showed their appreciations for having the opportunity to be part of the Wikipedia family. They leran a lot and showed their commitment and love for Wikipedia. They are now full editors and contributing a lot to Wikipedia and its sisters projects.

2. Were there any strategies or approaches that you felt were effective in achieving your goals? Please describe these strategies and approaches.

Yes, the approach followed which made my goal effective was having the Association Secretary as my friend. He helped me a lot right from seeking permission of the Association to the end of the project conducting. During the activities an experienced editor has been assigned to talk on the introduction of Wikipedia and its sister's project. The editor has been directed to make empherical research and supplied the accurate information thereby working the process. After the event, all available social media platforms have been created. A contest has been organized and recognition of top editors have been offered awards and prize.
