Camelia Boban

Born in Romania in 1965, I live in Rome (Italy) since 1992, both Romanian and Italian citizenship. I studied Economic Sciences, but ten years ago I switched to programming. So now I work as Java Enterprise Senior Programmer at Lottomatica. I am interested in technology, philosophy and psychology. I'm involved as diversity ambassador on Wikimedia movement and in addressing the gender gap, almost in STEM fields.

WikiDonne UG and project

Did you know that only 14.86% of biographies in Italian Wikipedia are about women (17% in English Wikipedia)? WikiDonne is a User Group recognized as affiliate and a project in Italian Wikipedia that aims to bluify as many as possible red links about women universe (biographies, violence against women, women works like books, paintings etc) across all Wikimedia projects.
