June-October
[edit]Gradually develop the contest framework, missing article lists and starting to spread the word. Draw up all of the contest pages and get a bot coded ready for launching.
November
[edit]The Women in Red World contest. Overlook the contest and see everything runs smoothly and productively.
December
[edit]Evaluate how the contest run, its strengths and weaknesses and come up with a toolkit/contest design which can be replicated and run by Women in Red for different continents or worldwide. Enjoy Christmas lunch on the 25th, let's not forget that of course ;-).
