We would like to request for an additional $1,886.73 to purchase two laptops and two headsets which will be used by facilitators during our virtual workshops and trainings.

Rationale[edit]
We have had to organise most of our events online and it has been quite challenging considering the faulty laptops and headsets our facilitators have been using during the virtual trainings and workshops. There have been situations where our facilitators either drop off the calls unexpectedly, or they either have to readjust their earphones several times before participants can hear them. These challenges end up frustrating our facilitators a lot and have hindered us from organising smooth trainings online so far.
Request approved[edit]
Approving this request for an additional $1,886.73 USD to cover laptops and headsets for facilitators. This equipment should be maintained by the Global Open Initiative when the project is finished to support Wikimedian volunteers and/or projects going forward.
