Your draft implementation plan document should address the following questions clearly:
- What movement strategy initiative or goal are you addressing?
- What activities will you be doing to address that initiative?
- What do you expect will happen as a result of your activities? How do those outcomes address the movement strategy initiative?
- How will you measure or evaluate your activities? What tools or methods will you use to evaluate your activities?
To create a draft implementation plan, we recommend the use of a logic model, which will help you and your team think about goals, activities, outcomes, and other factors in an organized way. Please refer the following resources to develop a logic model:

- This included translating several key pages into Urdu and disseminating them amongst community members. We then held a series of one-on-one and multi-person offline meetings in New Delhi and Deoband, followed by online discussions. A detailed list of meetings and translations completed is provided below.

Meetings[edit]
The main part of the Ambassador program is to have conversations with our community and have their voices heard. The rough outline of conversations is stated below:
- 11 October 2023: MC Ambassadors Intro meet.
- 14 October 2023 : Intro Meet with DCW and Indic-Urdu members in Delhi.
- 25 October 2023: Feedback discussion with DCW and Indic-Urdu members in Delhi.
- 2 November 2023: MCDC's November drop-in session.
- 3 November 2023: Meet with Indic-Urdu Communiy members in Deoband.
- 8 November 2023: Movement Charter Ambassadors meeting.
- 11 November 2023: Final Group Discussion - Deoband Community Wikimedia.
- 12 November 2023: One on One meet with Indic-Urdu editor in Deoband.
