Learning[edit]

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?

We found out students were very interested in working with the content. The community leaders accepted to film during the day, which was against the tradition. We hit most of the indicators.

  • What did not work so well?

Articles in Portuguese and Ingles which resulted from Translation did not accept publication due reference requirement.

  • What would you do differently next time?

Next time I would rather apply for a photo walk, which entailed either a photographing or video recording or improving articles separately. Doing three of them is very, very time-consuming;

Anything else[edit]

Anything else you want to share about your project? Yes. There are 67 teaching institutions among primary schools, secondary schools, community school, and institutes, in Nampula city which exist for 30 years and nothing is written about them in Wikipedia neither are they available on the Internet. This is my next content creation project. In this project I am going to work with the 22 volunteers to write the profiles of these institutions and others.
