Goals
[edit]Did you meet your goals? Are you happy with how the project went?
- Yes, I'm so excited with how the project was smoothly carried out with so much success. All the goals/targets were met and that makes me happy too.
Outcome
[edit]Please report on your original project targets. Please be sure to review and provide metrics required for Rapid Grants.
Target outcome | Achieved outcome | Explanation |
If the total number of participants reach 40 | 53 | the target is met. |
If the number of new editors reach 30 | 40 | the target of this metric is also met |
If the number of articles created/improved reach 200 | 603 newly created articles + 1036 improved | the number of articles created alone has triplicate the target. This shows the significant effect of my engagement with the participants throughout the period of the project. |
If the number of repeating participants reach 10 | 13 | target achieved |
Learning
[edit]Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:
- What worked well?
- Everything almost worked well from the initial preparations for consultation of the Management of the University for the lease of venue to making its payment, local transports and giving the tasks of prints related things like the banner, branded shirts and certificates to booking of the accommodations for the facilitators to the time we received the participants to commence the training all worked well.
- What did not work so well?
- The only trouble faced during the course of this project is the network failure many participants computer networks showed poor network connections with made controlling the situation a bit difficult in the initial phase.
- What would you do differently next time?
- In next time, we'll have alternative for data disbursements to the participants just as we did this time and have the result that it really works because it has giving us the chance to contribute with articles that go far beyond the target.
