Wikipedian in Residence in National Archives of Tunisia was a great project, we have for the first time in the National archive in collaboration with the employees collect a lot of documents in the public domain about the history of Tunisia.
Goals

We haven't met all goals but as first experience, we can consider that we have achieved significant percentage of the project
Are you happy with how the project went?
we are very happy for the projects, this experience has allowed us to enrich wikipedia with many new photos, documents and references in the public domain

- What worked well?
this the first GLAM project in Tunisia where we have uploaded more than 300 files about the history of Tunisia, the staff of the archive was very helpful, that help us to find the best documents and they give us a space to work.
- What did not work so well?
we have find a big problem with quality of the internet to upload documents,, as I said before the staff of the Archive was very helpful but we have find a problem to convince them to create account in wikimedia project And follow up the project
- What would you do differently next time?
the next time we will prepare more materials(a large scanner or professional photo camera) so we can take the big documents, also we will invite students to realise a projects in partnership with universitys
