Nothing to report, except that the project did not go ahead as originally planned due to the time it took to process the grant and the transfer time, which was a long one.
- What would you do differently next time?
Project planning that takes into account the grant processing time and transfer time to keep the project on the initial date and avoid extending dates as much as possible.
