Proposed Participation
[edit]I've been an active Wikimedian since 2004 and I have participated in GLAM activities in Chile, especially the succesful one with the Library of the National Congress. Participating in GLAMcamp Amsterdam would be a great opportunity to share my experiencies and learn from other ones in museums and archives that could be implemented in Chile and Latin America, as a representative of Iberocoop.
Goal and Expected Impact
[edit]- Learn about other experiences, especially about Wikipedians in Residence, QRpedia (ideas that are being evaluated for implementation at Museo de la Memoria and Derechos Humanos).
- Learn about Wiki Loves Monument experience and its caracteristics for a future similar contest organized by Iberocoop next year.
- Participate in the drafting of the Freedom Declaration and bring a South American/Latin American perspective to it.
