Proposed participation[edit]
My name is Nasir Khan. I am one of the founding members of Wikimedia Bangladesh and Public Lead, Creative Commons Bangladesh. Recently i got a fellowship from Institute for Open Leadership, hosted by Open Policy Network and Creative Commons.
I am going to join the Institute for Open Leadership as a fellow. I work at the Directorate General of Health Services, and here we collect different set of data, including the details information of health facilities under Ministry of Health and family welfare of Bangladesh. I am going to work(have already started) on a project to release few set of data in a open license, may be CC-BY-SA-4.0. I have a plan to release the facility photographs and Geo coordinates of the facility. The photographs will be uploaded to the Wikimedia Commons and Geo coordinates will be uploaded to the Open Street Maps.

Budget breakdown[edit]
- Visa Fee: 160USD
- Accommodation: 160*2night = 320USD
- Travel cost ( Ground transports ): 200USD
- Other cost: 200USD
Total: 780USD I would like to mention here that the Creative Commons is sponsoring the major part of the trip. Which includes the air travel ticket, accommodation and food on the event days. They have a maximum limit allocated for each participants and i found that my expense may cross the limit. The main reason if flight schedule change, i am not sure whether it will be coverd or not and there are some other costs too. The amount i mentioned here is form assumption. The read expense may less or more than i mentioned here.
