OAU wikimedia community aim to host a physical meet up and edit-a-thon for its members, to further sustain the community, Train new editors and motivate old editors to more engage in wiki related projects and also increase awareness on campus.

Yes participants have the equipments to participate ranging from mobile phones to systems. Some of the participants have the skills to participate, it’s our duty to train the new ones and help them with the essential skills to participate

7. Is there anything else you want to tell us about this project?

The OAU wikimedia community is a growing community that is yet to be recognized. We consiste of passionate editors and experienced volunteers. This project will help sustain our community and provide us with the necessary resources to edit more and also increase our visibility and help raise passionate editors in the Obafemi Awolowo university
