Mistake in the financial table[edit]

We know there is a mistake in the non-staff line of the financial summary table for Wikimedia Argentina and will correct it later this evening UTC after cross-checking the numbers. Thank you for your patience. Cheers, Winifred Olliff (Grants Administrator) talk 18:36, 9 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I also discovered some discrepancies in the table due to differences in exchange rates used on different forms; therefore, I've revised the entire table to include the exchange rates used (based on the rates used on each entity's progress report forms for this quarter), and to ensure all estimates in US dollars use the same exchange rate from the numbers provided in the actual currency of each grant. We do hope this is less confusing, and are happy to revise our approach if it is not. Cheers, Winifred Olliff (Grants Administrator) talk 00:20, 10 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Themes section[edit]

I find this overview really helpful - thanks for the work to ALL involved in preparing it and the reports feeding into it! It is valuable to pull out some key lessons. One suggestion I have is for the "Themes" section: there are a few of the themes I find particularly interesting, and I would love to dig deeper into the specific reports that make reference to them. I know it is slightly more work on the writer's side (sorry @Winifred and @Katy!), but it would be nice to have references at the end of the brief bullet points with the links to the portions of the proposals that contribute to the theme. For example, links to the different organizational structure considerations being taken by the entities. Just a thought for future rounds. Jwild (talk) 00:58, 11 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Jwild! That's a really great idea. Thank you so much for the suggestion. We will apply it in future reports. Cheers, Winifred Olliff (Grants Administrator) talk 16:46, 11 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
