Metrics for Bridging the Gender Gap[edit]

Hi, I see that you are measuring impact in the "Bridging the Gender Gap" with different metrics; among the 4 workshops, the second one has the lowest quantitative metrics, but the best qualitative ones: altough there is a really high NPS and "intention to carry on contributing", the 30-day retention rate is half than in the other two cases (so apparently they are not carrying on contributing).
