I would like to ask for an extended deadline on our progress report form. Our former treasurer left a couple of months ago. We have a new treasurer in place, but it has still caused some practical issues. The main one being that the old treasurer was the only one with full ability to handle our rather cumbersome one off economic system. We are now in the process of swapping to a well known and widely used system that ensures that we will not be solely reliant on one person for these things in the future. I had hoped that this would have been ready by now, but as we did not manage to get it done before the sumer vacations, it will be a bit later than planned.
