Notes on reporting[edit]

I found this example report to be helpful for drafting this report: QW2021/Report

We'd written a report on the conference for our own reference on the conference's wiki site: wikiconference:2021/Final_report_on_the_conference. That version includes some nice charts from the Hopin platform on attendees and usage. -- econterms (talk) 19:02, 22 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Report reviewed and approved[edit]

Hi WCNA 2021 team!

This is definitely an overdue communication! Please accept my apologies for not officially finalizing this meta report sooner!

Your report have been reviewed and approved. I want to specifically highlight 3 major things that I find innovative and beneficial:

1. The connecting thread between the 2021 conference, and the 2022 event. It is not always the case when we see how one year event feeds into the next one. And I think it is definitely the case here. You expressed and followed up with your commitment to greater diversity and inclusion, and just by insisting on non-English translation and community building, you have already made progress and impact.

2. Your persistence with trying to find the right and suitable online platform that will allow you everything you wanted for your audience. In a time of uncertainty and needing to navigate through the challenges of online gatherings and connections, you did not compromise for the more common solutions, and you have done a lot of research to find the different platforms and services to best support your goals.

3. sharing the learnings from the Technologies you used for each need is also extremely helpful and appreciated. We will make sure to refer to this list in our recommendations for online platforms.

Thank you again for your work and dedication and for allowing the community this important space to share, discuss and reflect. Best CAlmog (WMF) (talk) 04:31, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
