Thank you for submitting this grant application. The Wikimedia Usergroup Nigeria community Support Fund Committee has reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• Please clarify the timeline of the events as it's so confusing.
• Please confirm what specific Wikimedia project you intend to focus on?
• What is the basis for registration fee; please clarify?
• Please also explain the rationale for the incentives for participants as we strongly advise that this should be taking off.
• Lastly, please adjust the t-shirts as we only fund t-shirts for organizers of not more than 5.

Thanks for the review.

1. The registration and expansion project are long term in nature and the timeline can only be speculated.
2. Wiki-ethnicity/tribe
3. The school i.e (Lagos State University - LASU) requires a fee be paid for the registration of any association or society
4. The Edit-a-thon is going to be a contest that would run for two weeks and the highest contributors will be rewarded, the incentives represent the rewards.
