Thanks for submitting this - you’ve got some interesting areas listed in your proposal. If you are interested in pursuing a grant to work on this, it might be useful to identify a few of these to focus on - looking at what is already collected through tools like WikiStats (and Wikistats V.2) and what potential value to the community the measurement point might provide would be a good way to narrow things down.

User consistency is one area that caught my eye - data on activity levels could help understand what type of on-wiki experiences correlate to increases in activity, and which correlate with drop-offs or people leaving altogether. Patrick Earley (WMF) (talk) 21:00, 7 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
