Thanks for adding this idea, it is quite fun to think about a WikiBus :) I can see something like this being most useful for situations where the primary aim is to raise awareness of what Wikipedia is and does (rather than, say, create new editors, generate lots of new content, etc)...perhaps there could be some synergies with the idea to communicate about Wikipedia via comics and videos in Cameroon?
