Hi,

This grant request is done just a few days before the event as we were not sure if the organisors will give us a stall. They need to consider various factors when they give a stall for free. The actual cost of the stall comes to about Rs. 25000/- which is waived for us considering we are not a business entity and are doing this for a social cause.

TV coverage from WCI 2011 on IBN-Lokmat channel was seen by many people and one of them who is/was in the CMDA has pushed this internally within CMDA itself. We are thankful to him and also to CMDA for giving this opportunity.

Merchandise[edit]

I'm afraid there's no way we can get the merchandise you requested (T-shirts, stickers, etc.) to you within three days. We really need more of an advanced notice. Perhaps WMIN or the India Programs office have some merchandise in stock that they can ship to you? Ijon 17:40, 12 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
