Documentation of expenditures[edit]

The grantee did provide a detailed list of expenditures, along with estimates of the expenses provided by vendors prior to the event. While WMF requested receipts in February 2011, receipts for this event were not actually received by WMF.

Requests for reallocation[edit]

A portion of remaining funds were reallocated to mission-aligned activities, and a portion of remaining funds were reallocated to another approved grant submission. Both reallocations were approved by WMF:

  1. In this case, reallocation to WCI expenses was approved by Asaf on the main page of the report itself.
  2. Note that the reallocation of part of this budget to support the Creative Commons workshop was approved (retroactively) by WMF (and receipts documenting these expenses were also received).
