Request for reallocation

[edit]

This request for reallocation is retroactively approved by WMF, but we are noting here that no funds were not reallocated to Grants:WM AR/Video instructivo, while about US$ 1500 was allocated to Grants:WM AR/Participation at Frankfurt_2010. This leaves a remainder of about US$ 1200 applied to http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Encuentros/Celebraci%C3%B3n_del_10%C2%B0_Aniversario_de_Wikipedia_en_Buenos_Aires and http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Wikiconcurso/Concurso_Wikipedia_10_-_Wikimedia_Argentina.

WM AR is asked to confirm these details here on the discussion page, and is encouraged to provide complete details of expenditures here if they are available.

Ah-ha! I understand now that the US$ 1500 applied to Participation at Frankfurt 2010 is actually included in your reported expenses. Therefore, your request for reallocation leaves about US$ 500 unaccounted for, since it was not applied to Video Instructivo. Please provide an update for how these funds were used so that we may retroactively approve this request. Regards, Winifred Olliff (Grants Administrator) talk 21:45, 12 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
We reviewed our accountability and the remaining US$ 500 were not considered in the Video request. Considering this, we are requesting this money to be included in WM-AR's operating reserves. Kind regards, Osmar Valdebenito (WMAR) (talk) 21:37, 22 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
This is approved. Asaf Bartov (WMF Grants) talk 21:51, 22 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Documentation of expenditures

[edit]

Not requested by WMF. At this time, WMF only required grantees to produce receipts when requested, although it is now our standard practice to request receipts from all grantees. Winifred Olliff (Grants Administrator) talk 21:42, 12 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
