Thank you for your work on this report and a successful conference! It's great to hear the feedback was so positive. We have the following questions/comments and would appreciate your response:
- How has coordination gone since the meeting? Is there more sharing between members? Did Iberotec launch? What kinds of common projects have been discussed?
- It is fine to hold on to the remaining funds if you plan to submit your next grant proposal within the next 21 days. If you will be submitting your proposal after 21 days, it is best to return the funds to WMF.

- Yes, we do have sharing. Iberocoop have it's own mailing list and all the decisions taken in Iberoconf were followed there. Iberotec was launched the same day by WMAR and were followed for the techies members of every chapter. I deduce you didn't read the link to our Brief summary :P Here you will find the decisions discussed, the etherpads and common projects. The follow-up of the projects can be taken of the monthly reports of every chapter. But as little update I can tell you:
- From our common experience in Wiki Loves Monuments 2013 and the discussions in Iberoconf, some chapters decided launch alternative photo contests. Just one week ago Wikimedia Chile finished Wiki Tour Chile 2014 and WMVE Wikiviajes por Venezuela.
- Wikimedia Argentina still support other chapters with best practices interchange and helping trough their staff.
- We do edit-a-thons and events together. The last Saturday, as example, we did an simultaneous edit-a-thon in Mexico, Argentina and Spain.
- One resolution was about support our Brazilian friends in creating their User Group. They have that status since January 2014.
- We already have the next grant draft. It's almost sure that we will submit it on time. Salvador (talk) 05:43, 18 June 2014 (UTC)
