Documentation of expenditures[edit]
We have no record of requesting or receiving documents for this grant. At this time, WMF only required grantees to produce receipts when requested, although it is now our standard practice to request receipts from all grantees. To be clear, my note was not indicating that we required the receipts now since we never actually requested these documents from WM PH; however, we do appreciate that you've kept them on file responsibly and have sent them now. I've filed the documents Roel sent and updated the grant report page to reflect that these receipts have been received. Thanks again for the thorough documentation and speedy cooperation.
