Hello Elkay20, thank you for submitting your grant application for 2024 First-Half Schedule. We appreciate your interest in contributing to the mission of the Wikimedia Movement.

After reviewing your application, we have decided to not fund your Rapid Fund request. Here is are the main reasons for our decision:

• We did not observe that the group is following the recommendations made by the MEA Regional Funds Committee.
• The group has been running similar activities in the past. However, the scope of activities and their impact are unclear. Additionally, we couldn't see any recently active group members aside from the main organizers.
• We found unclear on how the group works especially seeing that while the target audience is college students and the group is positioned as a University CLub, there are no current students in the leadership group.
• Applying for annual activities through Rapid Funds: It seems that the group is applying for annual activities by splitting their annual programs into different Rapid Funds. Rapid Funds should cover distinct projects and cannot support groups to run their annual activities in this manner.
