Rapid Fund Request Approved

Thank you for applying to the rapid fund program. We have approved funding in the amount of 1,212,121 XOF. Please see the comments below linked to the funding decision;

• Please ensure there is a solid plan to support the librarians you work with on the project beyond this intervention.
• Partnership development takes time - hence the need to increase the timeline of the project, especially if you will take a long-term approach to how you engage with the library partnerships. Here is a link to a Wiki Learn course on partnership development. It has useful resources that can strengthen your knowledge of partnership development.
• There are other ways of tracking editor growth and retention; here is a tutorial on how to use PAWS to query retention with this template and a tutorial in English - we understand the language of the materials can be limiting; therefore, please let us know if you would like us to organize a call to review the materials with French interpretation. We would like you to deepen your approach to tracking retention beyond just the number of attendees and those who edited.
• In the future, we will need to see more engagement in your community on the proposals submitted and feel free to add any minutes for any offline form of engagement. It is important that the User Group has active engagement with their community, including on matters related to resourcing.
• Lastly, we encourage you to involve other Wikimedians in Togo in the program, especially given that they have substantial experience and can be supportive of your project.
• Seeing that the proposals are by leaders of the User Group we have credited all to the User Group.

Demande d'extension dans la date de fin du projet

Bonjour VThamaini (WMF) et YPam (WMF), nous demandons une prolongation du projet jusqu'au 30 avril 2024 afin que nous puissions compléter tous les aspects du projet et faire un bon rapport. Merci d'avance pour l'approbation de cela notre demande.Mauteld (talk) 21:52, 25 March 2024 (UTC)
