Kanuri people are left behind in any aspect in wikipedia due to the lack of awareness and proper engagement. but am pretty sure with project like this one and many more to come we will cruel the gap. And i admire the team that are willing to carried out the mission especially the team leader Muhammadbama which is currently administrator in kanuriwikipedia in incubetor he and user umargana creat most of the artcles in the site. Hello MohammedBama123, thank you for applying for the rapid fund grant. We reviewed and approved the grant in the amount of 1,500,000 NGN (1,935.82 USD) with the following comment;

• It is commendable that the team is working to take deliberate steps to build more content and pages in Kanuri language. This could eventually lead to a successful migration out of  the incubator. However, there might be a considerable learning period before the team is able to do so effectively. We support this project as an opportunity for the team to learn more about the language community. Based on these learnings, a more actionable plan can be developed in the future.

• We recommend that the team reviews the budget costs related to internet subscription and space rentals.
