Hello KgomotsoRamushu, thanks for putting together this comprehensive proposal. While the described activities and project goals are important, we have a concern regarding your team's experience on Wikimedia projects. In similar projects, we request that the organizing team has at least one experienced Wikimedia editor who can train participants and act as an advisor. We will not be able to move forward with the grant request if this issue is not addressed.

• We recommend reaching out to Wikimedia South Africa for support. They kindly agreed to support you in finding an experienced Wikimedia trainer. We'll send the contacts via email.
• Please update question 5 to include the username(s) of experienced Wikimedia editor(s) and their roles. Also, please work with them and update metrics questions - 15, 16 & 17.

Please make these changes on Fluxx. Log in to the Grantee Portal and you will see your application in the 'Proposals need attention' section. Please edit and submit your application by June 23, 2022. Extension request

Dear Program Officer

This past weekend (11 - 14 August), I attended my first Wikimania and had a great immersive experience at the in-person session at Constitution Hill with Johannesburg.

I had planned to start editing workshops next week but I would like to revisit some things given the learnings I have received and expansion of networks and resources.

This beneficial experience has made me realize there are some areas of the plan which can be revised before 'launching.'

I write to request an extension to complete the project. If permissible, I would like to complete the project by mid September.
