This Rapid Fund request cannot be funded because you are ineligible for funding. Per the Wikimedia Foundation Funds funding criteria, applicants are not eligible for funding if they are permanently blocked on one or more Wikimedia projects. Additionally, applicants should be in good standing in regard to ethical behavior within the community.

You are currently permanently blocked on English Wikipedia. User:Semmy1960 and User:Odomero2711 are also not eligible for funding from Wikimedia Foundation.
