Could you highlight if the proposal focuses on any interesting research, learning or innovation, etc. Also if it builds on learning from past proposals developed by the individual or organization, or other Wikimedia communities?

I am delighted to endorse the Wiki Loves Africa 2024 Zambia grant proposal, which promises to be an exciting and innovative project. One key aspect that stands out is the proposal's focus on fostering research, learning, and innovation within the Wikimedia community. This not only aligns with the broader Wikimedia mission but also adds a fresh dimension to this year's competition. I'm particularly impressed with how this proposal builds on past experiences and learning. As someone who had the privilege of winning the 2019 edition of Wiki Loves Africa, I can personally attest to the positive impact this competition has had on knowledge sharing, cultural preservation, and community engagement. I am confident that the team's prior experiences, combined with the feedback and lessons learned from the 2020 return to Zambia, will result in an even more successful and enriching event in 2024. By supporting this proposal, we not only encourage the growth of Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects but also promote the development of valuable skills, knowledge, and innovation within the Wikimedia community. I wholeheartedly endorse this initiative and look forward to the exciting contributions and achievements that Wiki Loves Africa 2024 Zambia will undoubtedly bring to our community.
