Comments from the MEA regional funds staff[edit]

Dear FaithMwanyolo, thank you again for submitting your grant application. We recognize that the knowledge from Togo is underrepresented on Wikimedia projects and we would be glad to support this project. However, we have some questions that need to be addressed before we can move forward.

  • What are the specific goals that you have for this year's Wiki Loves Earth? Could you please add them under Question 1 or 2?
  • What are the main differences for this year? Update question 3.
  • What learnings from the past campaigns will you be using this time? Update question 3.
  • You need to share the proposal with your community members in advance. Please address this request and update question 11. If you do not address this step, we will not be able to move forward with the grant.
  • Neither you, nor User:Leonard Kisuu seem to have substantial contributions to Wikimedia Commons. We request that you have an advisor in the team who is more experienced in contributing to Wikimedia Commons. Please update question 5 and add the experienced Wikimedian's username.
  • User:Leonard Kisuu is blocked on English Wikipedia for paid editing. We are keen on learning more about this team member's role in this project.
  • Could you please provide more details on the Coordination fees? What specific expenses will they cover?
  • Please update the project start date. The earliest start date for Rapid Fund projects in this cycle is 11 July.
