Funded[edit]

Hello kwameghana, thanks for applying for this grant request. We reviewed and approved the grant in the amount of 44,968.28 GHS (3,778.21USD).

  • We recognize the project and community impact and we thank you for your work on the project proposal; however, we recommend a reduced budget for this project to ensure that the community impact is aligned with the estimated costs.
  • We are partially funding this grant request as we highly recommend organizing the site field visits per region to be more cost effective ( example spending X number of days in the same region to cover different sites and then moving to the next region instead of going back and forth which costs additional transportation and hotel fees) .
  • The activities, budget elements and costs should be adjusted accordingly.
  • We also want to highlight that you did not follow the requirement mentioned in question 11 and did not notify all relevant communities about this project in advance. We encourage you to notify all relevant communities in Ghana now. For any future grants, we request that you follow this step in advance. Otherwise, we may have to decline your request.

On behalf of the Middle East and Africa regional funds team Best regards, DGuedri (WMF) (talk) 06:09, 25 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
