1. What is the change that you are trying to bring about and why is this important.

We want to organize Wiki Loves Earth 2023 Ghana. By doing so the number of photos of natural heritage sites and nature related to Ghana will be enriched and also increased. We also want to attract newcomers to the movement.

2. Describe your main approaches or strategies to achieve these changes and why you think they will be effective.

Our main strategy to go all out to participate in the international competition and make sure our local campaigns will bring involve old participants (people who are already Wikimedia's) and new ones.

3. What are the activities you will be developing and delivering as part of these approaches or strategies?

We shall organize series of photowalk to capture these natural heritage sites and also photos pertaining to nature. New participants will be taught how to upload their photos on Wikimedia commons.

Kwameghana :- Will be leading this campaign Amuzujoe :- Co-lead 3 Volunteers will be selected as part of the Jury with the help of the Lead and Co-lead.

We believe and know that there are more natural heritage sites which are not captured yet . So as part of our work, we shall make these areas are well captured.

Participation is open to all provided the participant has a camera which can take good photos. We shall also use social media ads to encourage people to participate. With follow ups, we shall make sure participants fill a form with their usernames so that we can follow with them after the competition.

We are willing to apply and promote the Universal Code of Conduct(UCoC) throughout the competition.

We hope to learn more of people's involvement and also learn we can effectively manage this project. This will bring more participants to the competition next year.
