It's a great pleasure to see that more intellectual individuals like Ibrahim442 coming from underrepresented regions are taking a step forward towards promoting Wikimedia projects around their communities. I work with the applicant in some of my past projects, his time management and good presentation skills alongside ability to develop friendly relationship which almost everyone are major qualities I enjoyed the most while working with him. He's been serving as a facilitator in similar projects organized by other experienced editors and I believe he's learn a lot from them to enable him execute a successful project. In addition, I view the project's proposed activities and the strategies of implementing them as effective way which can make the project a success. I think, the applicant has very well tried to display in his ability how successful he planned to conduct a rewarding project. His six-page pamphlets plan to help in giving an overview on what Wikipedia is all about is a quite welcome and very useful plan that will help increase the knowledge about Wikipedia. However, I will like to suggest the applicant to try and produce the pamphlet in the local language of the community if his plan is to produce it in English because, there were available links and few documents on commons where one can go and learn about Wikimedia projects in English, what is lacking the most is, finding such information in the languages that the people can understand more better.
