  • It has its bases on a survey that was conducted due to which this proposal was created.
  • It will train new participants to contribute to Wikidata and be introduced to other Wikipedia sister projects.
  • The project will build on the knowledge of already existing editors.
  • Create awareness about Wikipedia and its sister projects.
  • Guide participants to install Wikipedia App on their smartphones and be assisted to search for information from it.
  • Introduce Wikidata to club members
  • Recruit new editors for the various Wikimedia projects
  • Increase skills for existing editors.
  • Train new editors to contribute to Wikidata
  • Create or improve Wikidata items.

In order to ensure coordination and collaboration in the communities, we decided to approve Wikidata Birthday celebration grants only for recognized affiliates and allied organizations. We highly encourage you to join your efforts with your local affiliate and organize a Wikidata Birthday celebration together.

Thank you for taking time to go through the proposal. Please my proposal is not about Wikidata Birthday, it is rather a hybrid project that deals with Wikipedia campaign and introduction to Wikidata, I wish you could find time to have a second look at the proposal. Anyways, thanks for the review and decision taken.
