I really like the plan for training and making more people aware of Wikipedia at Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria. It's a good idea to have both in-person and online training so more people can join in. This is a big deal for MAAUN because it seems like they haven't had a Wikipedia project before.

MAAUN is becoming well-known in northern Nigeria, and with lots of students studying different things, this project can really help. I'm one of the project's facilitators and I promise to support this plan because it's important for bringing Wikipedia activities to a university that hasn't done this before. I'll do my best to help make this project a success! --—Gwanki📧 12:06, 9 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

I strongly support this proposal because it does a great job addressing the needs of Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria (MAAUN). The strategies chosen, like the training program and engagement through the Kano Wikimedians WhatsApp group, seem well thought out and likely to be effective.

I appreciate how the project aims to include everyone, especially students and staff who might not have been involved before. The focus on improving digital skills and critical thinking is a smart move. Working with experienced Wikimedians and having a clear budget adds credibility.

What I really like is that the project makes sense – it has clear goals, plans, and a budget that matches. The questions they want to answer show they're serious about learning and improving. It's not just about this project; it also builds on what others have done and contributes to the bigger Wikimedia community goals.

In simple terms, this proposal looks solid and has the potential to make a positive impact at MAAUN and contribute to the broader Wikimedia movement.

This proposal is highly commendable for boosting Wikipedia awareness at MAAUN. Its well-planned strategies, inclusive approach, and clear objectives, along with collaboration with experienced Wikimedians, make it a promising initiative for positive impact within MAAUN and the broader Wikimedia community.
