For instance, what kind of change do you intend to see as a result of increased awareness. Thank you YPam (WMF) for the feedback. As you know, language barriers are a major factors that significantly distort effective communication which prevent members from engaging in MS and MSIG within my communities. Due to this, there is awareness problem and reduces the ability of people within the community to take advantage of the opportunities that MSIG provides. To overcome this challenge, the translated content may directly help to reduce the communication gap and ensures the firm participation on the MS. We hope for the sustainable development of our community. As a result of increased awareness, we expected the 10-20 participants to develop or create at least three grant applications to implement other strategy initiatives. We hope to see at least three future events/meetup related to MS organized by the Maithili Wikimedians as the ultimate goal of this proposal is to refresh the participation of Maithili Wikimedians User Group, and involve them in the subject of global discussion like Movement Charter & Hubs. Moreover, there will be an increment in the active users of the Maithili Wikipedia. If these specifics targets are achieved, we would understood that we have successfully implemented this project.
