Hello, चक्रपाणी. Thanks for making this Rapid Grant application and for your outstanding contributions to Hindi Wikipedia. We can see that you are a prolific contributor and we appreciate that you received endorsement from your fellow contributors on the Hindi village pump. Despite your outstanding record, we will not fund this request. While Rapid Grants fund equipment for contributors that can be shared among a group of contributors, we do not fund equipment that can only be used by only one single contributor and is not transferable. Along these lines, funding the broadband connection of a single contributor would also not be eligible for funding.
