  • In the proposal you mentioned that you would have three experienced Wikipedians training newcomers and providing support. Could you please add their Wikimedia usernames to the request page?
  • I have added two sections to the proposal page. Kindly complete the Impact section providing some targets for your upcoming events, and choose goals in the Project Goal section.
  • Are you already an incorporated organization able to provide local proof of nonprofit status within your country?
    • If you are requesting this grant on behalf of an organization, please include its details in the probox (name, additional contact, and website).
    • Otherwise, please specify the grant type in the probox (“individual” or “group”) and remove “yes” from the “nonprofit” field.

After the Wiki Gap scheduled for November, there were voices requesting that the Wiki Gap be held in other areas of Aichi Prefecture. 助成金について質問があります。 計画を変更して実施したプロジェクトの中で1つ目の、日本の給食をレシピから再現してコモンズにアップロードする企画は、食材の購入を行い調理をする企画の内容であるため、最初に予算申請していなかった食材は費用として申請しても大丈夫でしょうか?

@Akaneiroiro: 遅く返事を送ってすみません。この場合は選択が二つですが:今の予算を使うことが一つ目のです。それは英語で「Reallocation」と言うことで、日本語では「再分配」かもしれません。基本的に、使わない予算があれば、まず許可を求めて他の物なら使ってもいいです。二つ目のは、追加予算を送られます。それをしたがっていて、いくらのに聞いてください。選択はどうしますか。
EN: Apologies for the late response. There are two options in this situation: First, you can use your current budget for these expenses. This is called a "reallocation" in English, which I think is called 「再分配」in Japanese. Basically, if you haven't used some of your budget, you are allowed to ask for permission to use those funds for something else. The second option is that we can send some additional budget to you.
