Project update

  • We would like to suggest a slightly different schedule of our events:
    • an editing workshop on Jan, 16th
    • a lecture on Jan, 30th
    • the edit-a-thon on Feb, 13th
  • The articles will be finished by the end of March. We will keep May 20th as the end date of the project.

Budget change – tax and Zoom costs[edit]

After a group meeting and a discussion held on 05.03.20201 we would like to request an alteration of our budget. We would like to reallocate the remaining funds to purchase ZOOM pro account(s) and tax - personal payments. Therefore, we would suggest a 2200 PLN transfer from the take-away meal, and promotional prints sources and other materials (books), as we find 2200 PLN to be just enough to cover our expenses.

Our budget after the suggested alteration:

ZOOM pro account(s) - 1900 PLN TAX for personal payments (for all 3 persons fee) - 300 PLN

TOTAL - 7550 PLN = ca. 1,992.43 USD
