Report accepted[edit]

Hello Cnyirahabihirwe123, thanks for submitting this report and for running the first Wikipedia Pages Wanting Photos 2020 in Rwanda. We are excited about the overall results you have after the event. I reviewed your report and have the following questions and comments:

  • Could you provide any links to the Outreach Dashboard or Meta project page where you have all results from the campaign?
  • How did you measure the contributions of the participants? Did you use any wiki tool?
  • As communicated to you earlier, the remaining funds of 14.5 USD can be used for any mission-aligned activities without any reporting requirements.

Thanks again for your contributions to the Wikimedia Movement. I’ve accepted the report and expense documents which means that this grant is now complete. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 11:13, 13 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

Responses to questions[edit]

Hello DSaroyan (WMF)
  • Could you provide any links to the Outreach Dashboard or Meta project page where you have all results from the campaign?

We used this tool to track the participants participation https://hashtags.wmflabs.org/graph/?query=WPWPRW so no normal dashboard was used and this tool was provided by the WPWP global organizing team.

  • How did you measure the contributions of the participants? Did you use any wiki tool?

We measured the contributions via this hashtag tracking tool https://hashtags.wmflabs.org/graph/?query=WPWPRW and every participant had to use both WPWP & WPWPRW hashtags in the summary section for the tool to be able to track globally and in Rwanda as well and the participants with many contributions won.

Thank you very much, Cnyirahabihirwe123 (talk)Cnyirahabihirwe123 (talk) 16:18, 13 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
